A lo largo de mi vida he lidiado con mi exceso de peso, ya me había resignado después de n dietas y muchas frustraciones pero conocí los suplementos de Yor Health y decidí volver a intentarlo. siento que voy bajando despacio pero constante. Tomo los provioticos al despertar, camino una hora y desayuno el súper greens, la malteada Yor shake de vainilla que me encanta y la vitamina.
