Hola familia Yoriana, creo que no estuvo mal este ciclo, logré la meta y un poco más! De 56.200 a 54.800 kg. Aunque las fechas de fin de año no me ayudaron tanto lo logré, tampoco ayudó el solo hacer un poco de cardio uno pude hacer mucho de fuerza y resistencia, pero gracias a las clases de Yor Best Body en Casa casi lo logré y digo casi porque mi objetivo era tonificar más abdomen, yo se que a los 65 años es un poco más difícil, más no imposible, para el próximo ciclo tendré mejores resultados.
