Hola mi nombre es daniel Soni y tengo 47 años , me gusto empezar el año en un reto porque así no perdí mis hábitos el reto de yor best body en casa me ayudo a tener la disciplina de seguir entrenando en casa . Esta vez agregue correr 3 veces a la semana con ayuda el AMP y el berry blast fue mucho más fácil tener la energía y perdí grasa de la espalda y al mismo tiempo 2 veces al día mi yor Shake de vainilla junto con los super greens me ayudo después del entrenamiento a ganar 4 libras de músculo y a mantenerme saludable en estos tiempos fríos .
