Hello, my name is Ilse Rodriguez. I live in Monterrey, Mexico and I am 27 years old.
4 months ago I became mom for the first time.
I decided to join to this challenge because I lost my shape due my pregnancy and I wanted to recover it.
This challenge was difficult because at the same time I was taking care of my baby.
My body after the challenge is better. Now I feel and look better.
This is my routine:
-At morning 1 YOR REPAIR
-At breakfast YOR SHAKE
-With every meal 1 YOR DIGEST ULTRA
For exercise, I walk 30 minutes every day.
For the next weeks, I will continue with this routine, because I want to have a new healthy Life style.
