adiriendo los productos a mi dia a dia empece a tener cambios radicales en mi rendimiento pero sobre todo en mi aspecto fisico ,les quiero contar la manera en las que lo tomo:

inicio con 1 capsula de probioticos 3 capsulas de vitaminas al despertar .

en mi desayuno tomo 1 porcion de yorshake con 1 scoop de super greens , la combinacion es perfecta!!

adiciono en mis comidas solidas 2 capsulas de yor digest ,
