Hola, soy Diana Martinez, tengo 38 años, este reto estuvo difícil para mi porque tuve que retomar la disciplina del ejercicio, siempre excusas, que el trabajo, el niño, la casa, el cansancio, no lo vas a lograr, pero cada día que veía y sobre todo, sentía un pequeño cambio en mi, tanto exterior (comencé a ganar masa muscular y disminuir grasa) así como mas energía en mi día a día, me motivo a seguir hasta terminar el día de hoy y me siento, contenta y orgullosa.
