Hello my name is Sandra Tovar.

I started this challenge with one single thought in mind.. (Getting in the habit of eating and being as healthier as possible)

At first it was kinda challenging since winter is one of the hardest seasons for me especially of eating healthy. I decided to join because one of my main goals for new year was to drop some pounds or at least to not gain anymore.

By the end of 2020 I was diagnosed with High cholesterol and with risk of being part of the diabetic group and that scared me a lot especially since some of my family members have it and I see how they have to deal with that every single day.



When I started I added to my routine Yor shake for dinner and as I continued with the challenge I added Your ultra digest and my super greens twice a day and just with that, the way I felt was great that I continued and I saw some great results, especially digestive problems, tiredness and some acid reflux.

I did some walking for 15 to 20 minutes couple of days a week as well some pilates for my workout.

I started with 194 lbs and finishing the challenge with 185 lbs and counting... I can't wait to continue with the next challenge

The Routine of how I used my products was the following:

Morning:

two probioticos

one glass of water with lemon essential oils

One glass of super greens

During lunch one or two enzymes (Depending on how heavy was the lunch)

one cup of water with some fiber

Night

one or two enzymes

one repair

one glass of vanilla shake



This routine was easy to follow, the hard work was the workout.
