As an 19 year old I am so proud of myself and my accomplishments with my weight loss journey especially using YOR health.
This journey has put me in a more positive mindset and has helped me physically. What I have loved about YOR health is that I am able to use the vanilla shake as a meal replacement and feel full and as well as using my super greens I have noticed a big change in my acne it has helped it get better. Another amazing product that I enjoyed using was the digestive ultra especially after a heavier meal. It made me feel less bloated. I have never been so much of a workout person but I pushed myself to at least 30 min 3-4 times a week of cardio and healthier diet taking in more plant based.
