My name is Santiago De Ibarrola. I am a 19 year old Mexican law student and House music DJ & Producer who throughout his life has always loved to exercise: soccer, swimming, football, taekwondo and now, calisthenics as hobby.
It has been surprisingly gratifying not only to accomplish my weight and look goal, but also to finally comprehend that it is not only about exercise, not even only about food, it is all about the combination of nutrients and a congruent healthy lifestyle. Since the quarantine began, I had been trying to finally focus on having the body I always wanted, and now, after accomplishing my First "YOR Best Body" Challenge, I know this is the way.
It is of essential importance to clarify that I had never tried something as good as the vanilla flavored YOR Shake! And also, that it was one of my best allies in this journey.
Our body is our soul´s temple, and we have to be disciplined to keep it congruently healthy if we want a healthy soul.
The routine I have been following is based on the Navy Seals Training, it requires time, but it´s absolutely achievable. Must be done 3 times a week:
