Hola mi Nombre es Angelica es la 8 vez que me inscribí,antes de encantar el reto yo estaba desesperada, estaba dispuesta hacer lo que fuera necesario para bajar de peso porque llegue a pesar 127.5 kilos, vomitaba, me insultaba, me agresiva, incluso llegué a golpearme por que odiaba ver mi cuerpo, gracias a YOR comencé a reconciliarme con mi cuerpo empecé a darle los nutrientes adecuados y comenzó a responder, poco a poco a ido formándose y ganándose mi respeto, lo alimento lo más saludable posible pero los suplementos hacen cambios, el súper greens es mi favorito, porque se que le estoy dando los nutrientes, mientras que la malteada sabe riquísima y me ayuda año sentirme tan llena y siento menos ansiedad por antojos, ahora que empecé hacer ejercicio hago 1 hora 4 veces a la semana y el berry siento como me activa y las AMP me ayudan a sudar, gracias YOR Health porque hoy puedo contarme una historia diferente, sin embargo eh vuelto a vivir, disfruto verme frente al espejo por las mañanas...!gracias, gracias, gracias...!
