Hello I’m Jesus Lozano Romo, I have twenty one years old. I get interest in the 8 weeks body challenge in order to lose weight and get better healthy life style. I’m starting my professional career to be a Dentist. I like music and musical theater where I did 5 semiprofessional presentations. Since the last years I won a many kilograms due to my bad eating habits but with my parents support I decide to get in to the 8 week challenge to lose weight and have more healthy life style.

I had some personal goals that I dod

My diet has been based on YorHealth best body package. I have been using during the last 8 week the following products:

Every day after wake up, I toke the warm water with Lemmon Essential Oil and one capsule of Yor AMP. Then I made my daily exercise and the lesson of YorBest Body at Home with complementary Boxing training. A did almost one hour per day of exercise and after that I toke supergreens with fiber, after the berry blast, at the end yor digest with yor shake.

Tuve algunas metas personales que hice
