Hola, mi nombre es Sheila de la Garza, tengo 36 años, casada y tengo 3 hijas. Vivo en Celaya, Gto.

Ingrese al reto con la meta de tonificar musculo ya que a pesar de practicar ejercicios desde joven, no había tonificado y después del nacimiento de mi 3er hija, la practica de ejercicio por el contrario me causaba mucho cansancio y me hacia sentir débil.

Gracias a que comencé con la suplementación de YOR Health, me he sentido con mas energía y decidí entonces ponerme a prueba con este reto.

Mi rutina durante el reto ha sido 1 repair y supergreen en ayunas, 1 digest y 2 vitaminas con el desayuno.
Por la tarde mi berry blast antes del ejercicio y 2 medidas de shake de chocolate después de mi rutina de workout en casa, 1 digest con la cena y por la noche 1 rapair y 2 vitaminas antes de dormir.

Me he sentido mas fuerte y con mas energía para las actividades diarias. Tengo una dieta saludable y hago ejercicio moderado de 4 a 5 veces por semana.

Este reto es el 1ero q termino y estoy decidida a mejorar cada vez mas por lo que vamos por mas !!!!
