Me siento súper contenta porque cada vez que termino un reto me doy cuenta del gran avance que hay en mi cuerpo y mi salud está fortalecida, gracias a la constancia de estar en el Reto y a nuestros maravillosos productos

Mi rutina consiste en ayunas inicio con Yor Amp y comienzo mi rutina de ejercicio, luego sigo con Probioticos y Repair, y a los 20 min aprox me desayuno mi shake con fibra; a medio día me tomo el súper green. Ya al momento de la comida tomo un Digest antes de los alimentos y las vitaminas al terminar.Aprox una hr después me tomo un delicioso Berry que es mi favorito y antes de dormir vuelvo con un Repair. Además de hacer combinaciones con aceites esenciales y bocadillos con los mismos productos de Yor.
