Hi I’m Rob and I am 36 years old. I have previously entered YOR health challenges in the weight loss department, having lost over 10 kilograms it is now time to build some Muscle.
Unfortunately my work as a wedding photographer has been restricted due to Covid, So I have decided to focus on my health and fitness and for the first time am in a great routine, with supplements eating and training.
I enjoy strength training four times a week at the gym, and touch football twice a week.
