Este ciclo fue particularmente inspirador y retador.
Mi nombre es Alejandra Huerta y tebgo 41 años. Decidí entrar al reto a pesar de estar en medio de una remodelación de casa con pocas posibilidades de mantener un regimen de ejercicio, dieta ideal y en una ciudad ajena a la propia, sin embargo me avente con fe y la disciplina que ya he logrado desde que inicie a consumir mis suplementos.
El trabajo fue mayormente aerobico, con sesiones de correr en pavimento 2 a 3 veces por semana, 1 caminata energética por la playa a la semana y mucho ciclismo. En cuanto pude recuperar mis tiempos comence sesiones de levantamiento de peso5 días a la semana.
Mayormente mi cambio estuvo en la dieta, haciendo el ayuno intermitente y consumiendo mucha menos proteína animal. Por último mis favoritos de este ciclo: Iniciar el día con YOR ULTRA REPAIR.
