Buen día y buena vida querida Comunidad, les comparto mi experiencia en el Best Body Challenge.
Inicié tomando la decisión y conciencia por cuidar mi salud a través de empoderar mi cuerpo. Ya a mis casi 53 años es importante prevenir antes que curar cualquier enfermedad y por eso tomé la decisión.
Al ver cómo mi esposa, ha crecido su negocio y compartido esta oportunidad con muchas personas, veo cómo ella también ha mejorado su salud, aún padeciendo COVID hace 4 meses, logró salir adelante consumiendo suplementos, así que le copié.
