Soy Paola Robles, tengo 47 años y ahora después de ser sobreviviente de COVID-19, no me queda más que agradecer a mis hábitos saludables y mi suplementación Yor Health que estoy VIVA.

Me despierto y tomo medio litro de agua con mi YOR PROBIOTIC. Hago 45 minutos de rutina de ejercicio. Al finalizar rompo mi ayuno con un YOR SUPER GREENS mezclado con YOR BERRY BLAST para tener energía todo el día. Una hora as tarde nutrí mi cuerpo con mi YOR SHAKE DE VAINILLA mezclado con YOR FIBER PLUS y añado mi dosis diaria de YOR VITAMINS y mi YOR REPAIR. Eso me ayuda a dar el máximo en mi negocio!!
Por la tarde como sano, ensaladas y carne, pollo o pescado asado con mi YOR DIGEST y por último para la noche, nuevamente mi YOR SHAKE pero ahora de Chocolate con un YOR REPAIR y YOR DIGEST para dormir satisfecha y feliz por mis resultados.
