Estoy escribiendo mi ensayo con muchas expectativas de poder mejorar mi salud y vivir mejor.
Me enfrenté al echo de mostrar mi cuerpo durante la sesión fotográfica y que me llevó a estar consciente de no haberme visto desde hacía tiempo al espejo de cuerpo completo, lo cual me entristeció y a la vez liberó. En mi niñez y juventud realicé mucho ejercicio, participando en deportes de equipo en los cuales fui bastante buena y que extraño. Al llegar a la edad adulta me encuentro con sobre peso, ahora entiendo que por situaciones emocionales las cuales dejé que me llevaran a mi “comodidad”.
A mis 60 años necesito reinventarme y la oportunidad llegó con el Reto el cual me motiva a vivir mejor con la posibilidad de sentirme bien conmigo misma y poder verme y apreciándome. Me siento afortunada de compartir la motivación y apoyarme y en un grupo de emprendedoras que buscamos ser mejores personas comenzando con nuestra salud.
