Hello YorHealth family!
I can’t believe this 8 weeks challenge is already over. This time around it was a little tougher to lose the big numbers and a lot of weight. I lost 6 pounds in the 8 weeks but I did measure and I lose 2 inches in my waistline. I came from wearing pants sizes of 38s to now 36s!
I take a YorShakes containing two scoops of Vanilla, one berry blast, one scoop of fiber and one scoop of super greens. I have one shake for breakfast and another one for dinner. For lunch, I eat a light lunch such as salad, grilled chicken, boiled eggs or just lots of fruits and vegetables.
Sometimes the numbers on the scale does not matter, as you can be toning up your body. I hope this helps motivate all challengers to continue to strive and be healthy and better.
Thank you!
