Estoy feliz con mis resultados!!! ya tengo tiempo consumiendo los productos pero desde que empezo el reto de 8 semanas la comunidad del reto y el tener un grupo de amigos que esten haciendo del vivir saludable un estilo de vida me ha inspirado muchisimo a hacer lo mismo!
Me tomo el paquete best body y con eso me aseguro de tener una muy buena nutricion, además he empezado a hacer ejercicio y eso me ayuda a recuperarme mucho mas rapido y a rendir mas a la hora de estar ejercitandome!! Logre bajar el porcentaje de grasa corporal, baje una talla y en medidas baje 7cm de cintura y 4cm de pierna!!

Quiero seguir teniendo mejores resultados para probarme a mi misma que si puedo llegar a estar en la mejor forma antes de cumplir mis 30 años!! y porque alguna vez me dijeron que teniendo problemas de hipotiroidismo jamas iba a lograr estar en forma.
