Tengo 45 años y las hormonas se estan volviendo locas, así que las estoy domando con todos los suplementos! Estoy haciendo el ayuno intermitente, asi que en la mañana me tomo un vaso de agua grande (de YOR) y mi YOR REPAIR y YOR PROBIOTICS. Más tarde rompo el ayuno con el super greens y un berry. Más tarde es mi hora de comer así que como una super ensalada con mis YOR VITAMINS y YOR DIGEST.
Mas tarde me tomo mi YOR SHAKE con YOR FIBER como snak de la tarde y en la noche hago una comida más fuerte con mis vitaminas y enzimas digestivas otra vez!
Hago cardio 3 veces por semana y trato de caminar al menos media hora cada día.
Me siento super bien y creo que voy por buen camino!
