Spending too much time at home during the pandemic plus a long winter, eating and drinking with a low physical activity, I gained a lot of weight. I reached 68 kg when I decided to stop and do something. I tried several trendy diets and nothing worked the way I wanted. This is what I did in the morning: Upon rising I took 1 YOR Probiotics capsule with a glass of water. I took a YOR AMP capsule before my 1hr workout routine (4 times a week) HIIT, yoga, running. After workout I had a scoop of YOR Supergreens with water only. Afternoon: I had 1 YOR Digest capsule and water before my lunch.
