Un reto más!!!
Me siento muy contento de haber cumplido este reto de 8 semanas.
He estado muy disciplinado tomando mis suplementos todos los días, incluido fines de semana.
Todos los días me tomo mi malteada como desayuno, solo los fines de semana la tomo a medio día para sustituir mi almuerzo o cómo aquí en canda le llaman “lunch”
Al despertar tomo 3 Yor essential vitamins, y por la noche después de cenar mi Yor super green.
Todo este año de pandemia he notado que mi sistema inmunológico y también el de mi familia no ha estado para nada comprometido. Gracias a Dios nos hemos librado de contraer COVID, también a las medidas sanitarias que tomamos sin embargo estoy seguro los suplementos de yor nos han ayudado en gran manera.
Mi rutina de ejercicio es salir a correr 5 km dos o tres veces por semana. Un poco de abdomen,lagartijas en casa y los video del Yor best body.
