hola soy mary sandoval tengo 65 años termine mi reto con 84 kilos, estoy agradecida porque he mejorado mucho mi salud, soy diabetica de hace 30 años,siempre estoy consumiendo las vitaminas diariamente, los jugos verdes y la yorshake de vainilla es mi favorita, siento que me ayuda a controlar mucho mis niveles de azucar, tomo tambien diariamente en ayunas el aceite de limon y de jengibre me ayudan mucho con mi metabiolismo lento, me es dificil hacer ejercicio por lo que solo camino 5 o 10 min 3 veces por semana pero con los suplementos de yorhealth siempre me siento con ganas de hacerlo.
