Hola a todos! Estoy feliz y emocionada de terminar un reto más!!!
Casi llego a mi peso ideal y lo mejor: estando en casa!!!!
En este reto empecé a seguir el régimen que me llegó con mis productos y me ha funcionado de maravilla!!! Mi producto favorito es el YOR Shake porque me ayuda a tener un desayuno completo, a sentirme ligera y llena de energía para las actividades con mi bebé!!!
No he tenido mucho tiempo para ejercitarme ya que tengo una pequeñita de 9 meses, sin embargo los días con ella son agotadores por lo que el Berry me ayuda mucho a no sentirme agotada.
