My name is Armando and I'm 43 years young. I joined the challenge because after the shutdown of the coronavirus and everything was close, suddenly I found myself getting back into old habits of eating junk food and not exercising. After almost a year I gained a little bit of weight and felt sluggish.
I joined Yor Health challenge because I wanted to lose body fat, tone up and gain tons of energy.
I concentrated on eating healthy food and stopped eating junk food. I was working out 5 times a week and to supplement a good diet and exercise I used a variety of YorHealth Products. I take probiotics and YorAmp first thing in the morning. In the afternoon I take supergreens and Yor Vitamins. After my workouts I take YOR Protein chocolate and vanilla.
I have to say that after completing the challenge I feel better than ever. I lost 6% body fat and I feel like I have tons of energy.
