Hola, me llamo Leslie y acabo de cambiar de pais de residencia. Vivia yo en Mexico y me mude a Canada para estar cerca de mis nietas que como todos las abuelas sabemos son un verdadero regalo divino. Aqui en Canada hay reglas muy estrictas referente al Covid por lo cual llevo mas de 1 año practicamente aislada hasta de mis nietas que ya solo veo por facetime. Si, no las he podido abrazar en mas de un año.
Mi unica alegria quedo en la comida pero, si de porsi ya tenia yo unos kilos de mas, segui engordando!!!!!!!! Decidi entrar al reto pero con gran temor de no poder seguirlo pero a mi gran sorpresa logre bajar 7 Kilos en tan solo 8 semanas!!!!!!!! Esto no es una dieta, es una buena alimentacion sana sin dejar de ser deliciosa.
Tomo 1 Probiotico y 1 Repair al despertar
Rompo el ayuno con el supergrees y media hora mas tarde me tomo 2 AMP y 3 vitaminas con mi malteada y fibra
A la hora de la comida, tomo 1 AMP, 3 Vitaminas y 1 Digest
y mi malteada de cena.
