Cuando inicié el Reto me sentía cansado, me sentía físicamente mal, me daba pena que la gente me viera porque no podía esconder mi abdomen y con nada había logrado reducirlo, estaba resignado en tener este abdomen y por mi edad pensaba que jamas iba a lograr reducirlo, visité muchos nutriólogos, pero sin resultados.
Hoy gracias al reto, me siento cada vez mejor, física y emocionalmente, ahora me siento cada vez mejor, me veo también mejor, todo lo que me decían que no podría volver a estar delgado y que tenia que vivir con mi abdomen el resto de mi vida, ahora estoy logrando aplanarlo, acompañado con algo de ejercicio, esta siendo cada vez mas fácil, he aprendido a ser mas disciplinado, me alimento mejor y haciendo ejercicio me siento mejor.
