Decidí entrar al reto porque ya no me resigno a seguir gorda.
Ya me había resignado pero al conocer los suplementos de Yor Health vi que es posible y de manera fácil he perdido peso aunque es de manera lenta estoy muy contenta porque no me estreso haciendo dieta y tomándome el súper green y la malteada sé que estoy consumiendo los nutrientes que necesito y lo mejor están deliciosos y aunque no he perdido micho peso si he cambiado de talla ya puedo ponerme ropa que ya no me quedaba, así que de aquí soy y seguiré en éste camino.
