Estoy muy feliz porque gracias a Yor Health pude bajar 3 kilos, me veo con menos volumen y aumenté mi nivel de energía (ya no me da sueño en las tardes y hasta mejoró mi estado de ánimo). También traía un dolor de la espalda y ya no siento nada de dolor.

También el reto me motivo a estar más en movimiento y a cuidarme mejor.
