Lo logre!!! Este ciclo fue complicado, pero llegue a mi meta de bajar 4 kg (aprox 9 lbs). Seguí con mi rutina de entrenamiento, aunque por un problema relacionado con una operación de la vista, aunado a mi reciente fractura en la pierna, me hicieron bajar un poco el ritmo. No obstante, me motivaba el hecho de sentirme mejor cada día, y que fui recuperando la fuerza poco a poco, y sentí que mi rendimiento era mejor al entrenar.
Sustituí mis cenas por el Yor Shake, tomaba Yor repair después de entrenar y acompañe mis comidas con Yor Digest, lo cual en conjunto me ayudo a lograr mi meta de una manera sencilla, y me motivo a cuidar mas mi alimentación.
Quizá el cambio en las fotos no sea impresionante, pero me siento muy satisfecho con el resultado de este ciclo.
