Mi nombre es Luis, tengo 39 años
Durante este reto busque disminuir el consumo de azúcar y hacer ayuno intermitente
Fue complicado por el trabajo sin embargo estoy tranquilo con el resultado
Parte de mi dieta fue abrir ventana con súpergreens y fibra , 1.5 hrs después 1 shake, comida normal ( con un digest) , para la cena intenté cenar solo shake y fibra
Por las mañanas al despertar 530 am un berryblast para tener energía ( mi favorito)
