Hola estoy contento con los resultados haciendo 3 veces a la semana ejercicio con muchos viajes de trabajo y solo incorporando los productos de YOR HEALTH pude ver buenos resultados cosas que no veía sin ellos por ejemplo en la mañana al despertar me tomo un súper Greens con Berry después una malteada yor Shake de desayuno tomo los yor shape antes de cada comida y el repair me a ayudado mucho a dormir mejor y a recuperarme de los días que he hecho ejercicio me siento súper bien la ropa me está empezando a quedar grande y tengo más energía feliz de terminar este reto y listo para el que sigue que aún quedan kilos por bajar
