Hola, me llamo Ivonne Vélez y este es mi segundo reto de YorHealth.
Estoy muy contenta con mis resultados en este reto, porque aunque no perdí mucho peso, he creado un estilo de vida más sano y me encanta. Ahora amo levantarme temprano a hacer mi rutina de ejercicios con nuestra entrenadora y motivadora Iris, a la cual le agradezco el estar siempre ahí para nosotros cada día sin rendirse, y aparte en estos tiempos de pandemia, es como un encuentro social con compañeros que llegan a ser parte de nuestra vida y a los cuales considero amigos y espero que un día tener el honor de conocerlos personalmente.
Este cambio no sería tan fácil sin los productos de YorHealth, en mi vida había probado productos tan ricos.
