mi nombre es Ma. del refugio salazar tengo 39 años soy de Zacatecas.
este es mi segundo reto.
decidi nuevamente entrar al reto para tonificar mi cuerpo, verme y sentirme bien.
anteriormente tenia problemas digestivos y de obedidad llegue a pesar 105 kg. por muchos años, y me era muy dificil bajar de peso, hice muchas cosas para bajar y no podia me sentia triste, frustrada y mi autoestima estaba muy mal.
hasta que me hablaron de esta compañia me decidi tomar los suplementos y entrar al reto yor best body de 8 semanas.
y en este reto me ha ido muy bien con los siguientes suplementos
por la mañana al despertar me he tomado 1 probioticos, 1 repair y cbd 3 gotas. de desayuno un yor shake, dos horas despues tomo un super greens, mi comida balanceada, por la tarde 3 o 4 veces por semana hago 30 minutos de caminata , luego cena balanceada y en la noche antes de dormir 3 gotas de cbd y una capsula repair.
he mejorado mucho mi digestion y me he sentido con mucha energia.
estoy muy contenta y emocionada de los resultados por que he llegado a mi peso deseado, y me veo mucho mejor!
