Estoy muy contento porque aunque este reto no me lo tomé como objetivo slim sino bajar primero de peso... en realidad logré bajar no sólo el peso a la cantidad deseada (78 kg) sino que además disminuí mi porcentaje de grasa de un 21% a un 14%... es decir que en el proceso no sólo bajé 2 kg sino que bajé unos cuantos más y luego los recuperé en masa muscular llegando finalmente a los 78 kg.
Ha sido una disciplina constante en cuanto al cardio y a los entrenamientos para crear mucha masa muscular, fortalecer ligamentos, articulaciones, etc...
Adicionalmente fui mucho más constante en mejorar mi alimentación diaria además de los productos de YOR que los he tomado así:
