Hola mi nombre es Daniel Soni , estoy feliz con los resultados esta vez cambié mi rutina de ejercicio y me costo mucho trabajo porque me sentía sin mucha fuerza , entonces decidí usar las rutinas de yor best body alternando con las de fuerza , sentí como algunas de esas rutinas de HIIT me ayudo a subir mi masa muscular y sobre pase mi meta que tenia pero lo mejor es que casi siempre al aumentar masa muscular aumentaba de grasa y ahora con el AMP que lo incorpore por primera vez antes de mi ejercicio pude mantener mi porcentaje de grasa abajo , sentí que me marqué un poco más del abdomen lo que para mi a mis 47 años era casi imposible .
