Me siento súper feliz por haber tomado la decisión de entrar al reto de 8 semanas. Ya que logre mejorar mis hábitos de alimentación con una buena nutrición gracias a los suplementos de Yor health y además retome una rutina de ejercicios y súper agradecida de pertenecer a una comunidad cómo está dónde me siento muy apoyada y motivada en seguir adelante. Después de descuidar mi dieta durante meses y no hacer ejercicio. me encantaron los resultados.
