Hola soy esmeralda león, comencé esto por un reto entre amigas y porque busco tener mejor cuerpo aparte de mi salud, siempre he sido una persona deportista pero no lo había logrado después de tener mi primer hijo.
Amo todos los productos de la compañía:
Comienzo mi dia con un té de aceite de limón 2 AMP Y 1 probiotico, 2 vitaminas
y posteriormente realizar 5 veces ejercicio a las semana.
En mi comida abro ayuno con el delicioso supergreens acompañado de la fibra mas 2 vitaminas.
Posteriormente realizo mi comida baja en grasas y muchas verderas tomo más de 2 litros de agua al día y me tomo mis 2 Digest.
Por la cena 3 veces a la semana tome la malteada con fibra y mis 2 vitaminas durante las 8 semanas empece con un ayuno de 16 hasta asta llegar a un a ayuno de 22 hrs en la última semana.
Estoy muy feliz de mi resultado y nunca dejaría los productos, voy por otro reto más hasta llegar a mi meta
