Soy Maricarmen Sahagun y feliz de terminar este ciclo con excelentes resultados y darme cuenta que hacer del reto un estilo de vida es muy fácil y delicioso con nuestra l´9nea de suplementación
Es maravilloso darse cuenta que tomándola y haciendo un poco de ejercicio en casa es suficiente para estar en forma, tonificada y saludable.
Me logré dar cuenta que no necesito de gimnasios, instructores ni equipo para ejercitarme. Los suplementos me dan tanta energía y me hacen estar tan contenta que me basta para obtener los resultados deseados
Mi rutina de ejercicio es 4 a 5 veces por semana en casa
Tomo toda la suplementación y AE pero mis favoritos son el Super greens y Shake de chocolate
Además me tomo probióticos, digest, repair, vitamins y fiber plus
