Mi nombre es Martha, tengo 51 años y peso 77 kilos; Hace 6 años pesaba 90 kilos y me sentía pésimo por el sobre peso.

En 2017 al cambiarme de domicilio decidí entrar al gimnasio y a ejercitar mi cuerpo y llevar una buena dieta. En 2019 había bajado 20 kilos estaba alcanzando mi meta de pesar menos de 70 kilos cuando en 2020 llegó la pandemia.

La falta de ánimo, recursos y poder ir al gimnasio me llevaron a descuidarse nuevamente, recuperando 7 kilos. Actualmente peso 77 kilos.
