Hola ! Soy Ivy y acabo de cumplir 45 años toda mi vida he procurado ser constante en el ejercicio sin embargo tuve periodos largos de decuido; y bueno ya con este es el tercer Yor Best Body qué hago y me siento contenta con los resultados pero aún no satisfecha, cada reto es mas inspirador tanto fisica como mentalmente y sobre todo me han ido creando mayor compromiso para conmigo misma desde hacer 6 dias a la semana ejercicio como cuidar mi alimentación y por supuesto agregar la suplementacion que es la que me ha ayudado muchísimo a elevar desde mi energía hasta que luzca una mejor piel
Inicio mi dia tomando 1 cap de repair y 1 a 2 AMP antes del ejercicio , abro mi ayuno que ya logre hacerlo de 16 hrs con mi Super Green y Yor Shake juntos ya que sabe delicioso asi y en cada alimento mis Vitaminas y digest ultra , cierro mi ventana con algo ligero o Yor Shake y 2 caps de Repair .
