Hola soy Carolina fragoso. Tengo 61 años, me inscribi al reto con la finalidad de mejorar mi salud.
Empecé entre 10 y 11 am a tomar 2 medidad de YOR SHAKE, 1 medida de YOR SUPERGREENS, 1 medida de YOR FIBER PLUS y 2 pastillas de YOR ESSENTIAL VITAMINS. Alrededor de las 3 de la tarde, hago una comida saludable con 1 capsula de YOR DIGEST y 2 pastillas de YOR ESSENTIAL VITAMINS. y por ultimo a las 10 de la noche tomo una medida de YOR SHAKE mezclada con una gota de aceite escencial de limon y 2 pastillas de YOR ESSENTIAL VITAMINS.
Al principio del reto sentia un poco de hambre a media mañana y lo solucione tomando una medida de YOR SUPERGREENS, conforme fueron pasando los dias y mi cuerpo se acostumbraba al habito de comer menos ya no fue necesario tomar la medida de YOR SUPERGREENS a media mañana.
Tambien por las mañanas acostumbro ponerme 3 gotas de CBD y por las noches 5 gotas de CBD.
Me siento muy contenta porque ademas de que estoy mejorando mi salud, me siento con muy buen animo y mi salud mejoró. Mi proposito es seguir cuidando mi peso con todod los productos de YOR
