Hola Retadores, espero se encuentren sanos y salvos. Terminado un ciclo más y contento con el resultado.
Esta vez me enfoqué un poco más en ejercicio funcional con peso o TRX tres días, alternando con otros tres de trote, Yoga y eventualmente Pilates por uno de descanso en la semana.
Lo que tomé de la línea de nutrición fue básicamente todo: en ayunas Probióticos y Repair, antes de abrir alimentos SuperGreens, Yor Shake después de entrenar o como snack, Enzimas y Vitaminas con la comida y antes de dormir 4 o 5 gotas de CBD.
Tenía tiempo de no ser tan constante pero ya estoy volviendo a disciplinarme a hacer algo, aunque el clima no lo permita. Aún me falta para llegar a mi peso ideal, así que nos veremos de nuevo por aquí.
