Tengo expectativas muy positivas para ganar el reto de mi grupo #201 ya que tengo dos meses de empezar nuevamente a ejercitarme y 6 semanas de hacer un régimen alimenticio conjuntamente con su rutina de ejercicios en pesas adaptado específicamente a mis necesidades de eliminación de grasa y aumento de músculo simultáneamente y con la ayuda de suplementacion.
Para ello elemental seguir consumiendo el AMP por las mañanas, mis enzimas digestivas así como la fibra para evitar estreñimiento por dieta, el reparador para mis articulaciones, los supergreen entre comidas para saciar el apetito y la proteína en la mañana y en la noche mi CBD que es mi recuperador muscular para los dolores por pesas.
En este reto no disminui tanto en peso porque ganaré masa muscular sin embargo baje mucho en medidas y esos cambios que todos notan me tienen más que emocionada!!!!! ????????
