I started this journey at 134 lbs, hoping that I can loose 15-12 lbs like other people's testimonies. However, I lost 7 lbs, which is not what I expected but I am still grateful for that number. I used all my products as instructed by my health coach. To which I take 2 YOR probiotics, 2 Yor Ultra repair in the morning and before bed. I take 2-4 Yor digest and 1 multivitamin with my meals. I take Yor AMP and berry blast whenever I need some extra boost of energy. And replaced breakfast and something dinner with 2 scoops of Yor shake + 2 scoops of fiber + 1 Scoop of green powder. The shake tasted great and keep me full for a few hours. Thru this journey, I learned a lot more about my eating habits, the type of food I was consuming and learning to control my portion size. Although I didn't loose much weight, I definitely feel a lot more energetic, less hungry and overall better mood. I will definitely continue to use my left over products and incorporate it into my lifestyle.
