Hola, mi nombre es Cristina Kim tengo 48 años y 2 hijas de 15 y 17 años, este es mi reto número 9, estoy super emocionada una vez más como si fuera el primero, cada reto es diferente y me llena de satisfacción porque se que esto es lo que quiero para el resto de mi vida, cuidarme, cuidar mi cuerpo, pero sobre todo respetarlo.
Mi rutina es la misma desde que empecé el reto número 1, me levanto con un te de limón, y mis probioticos seguido de mis AMP media hora antes de mis ejercicios que casi siempre duran de 45 a 1 hora todos los diasde Lunes a Viernes sin falta, durante mi rutina me tomo los super greens que no me pueden faltar, terminando mi rutina me tomo un yor shake de chocolate o un buen desayuno rico en proteínas junto con mis vitaminas Yor y mis enzimas dijestivas y por la noche antes de acostarme tomo un reparador. Trato de comer lo mejor posible durante la semana y me doy uno que otro gustoos fines de semana.
Agradezco a Yor Health por sus excelentes productos y a mis amigas y hermanas con las que hago mis ejercicios a diario.
