Mi nombre es Yolanda, tengo 50 años y nuevamente feliz de haber terminado otro reto más, lo increíble de terminar un reto es que gracias a todos los suplementos me siento súper bien, sigo haciendo ejercicio en casa 6 días a la semana para seguir manteniéndome en forma, mi digestión ha mejorado mucho y también feliz con el ayuno intermitente.
