Este es mi segundo reto de bajar de peso, el cual me fue de maravilla, por haber ganado el primer lugar de el reto pasado tuve mayor satisfacción y actitud para poder hacer este reto. Logré bajar 12 kilos en este ciclo

Mi reto lo junte con ayuno intermitente de 16/8, 16 horas de ayuno por 8 horas de injesta.

Mi régimen de este ciclo fue el siguiente.
