Soy una persona bastante dinámica e hiperactiva. Disfruto mucho cuidarme y el YOR Best Body para mi es la mejor oportunidad

Por eso siempre comenzaba el día tomando 2 vasos de agua poniendo en uno de ellos una gota de aceite esencial de limon o naranja; hacía ejercicio en ayunas mínimo media hora diaria. Posteriormente me tomaba una dosis de súper greens y media hora después una YOR Shake con alguna fruta y una cucharada de harina de amaranto. En la comida Romana un YOR digest y después de la cena (15 min después al menos) procuraba tomarme una cápsula de repair antes de dormir.

Creo que mantuve mi peso y mi físico pero creo que puedo superar este reto, lo cual haré
